As a cheapskate and general penny-pitcher, I hate outsourcing when I don’t have to. However, when it comes to anything, and I mean anything having to rely on artistic talent, I outsource immediately. I mean, I don’t touch anything dealing with graphic designing at all. That is how bad I am at it.
In steps a great company, Lovecore Designs. This is a newer company but the skill level of Laura, the owner, is just amazing to say the least. And the even better part about Laura is that her rates are dirt cheap since she is still new. But as you can see from her portfolio, her skill is anything but on the noob level. Read more... This is another favorite of mine that I just kinda perfected, so now I feel like I can share it with the world. I got the idea from a local seafood restaurant that I love to go to. They charge like $7 or $8 for one of these pretzels and I could never see myself spending that on one. With this recipe, you can make 12 of them for about $14 to $16, depending on local prices. Here we go.

Yeah, yeah, I know. This has nothing to do with affiliate marketing. But it does have something to do with one of my favorite hobbies, and that is cooking. And since this is a blog about what I do, I thought I would share some of my recipes with everyone. So, here we go with a family favorite, homemade ketchup.
This is a fairly easy thing to make, so don’t start thinking before you read this that you could never make it. All you really need to do is throw some things together, simmer it for about an hour and that is all. But, here are the fine details. Read more... If you are reading this post, I can almost guarantee that you fall into this statement. I know that I do. However, there is nothing wrong with working too hard. But, there is a problem when you don’t work smart.
I am an Economics major and Economics geek at heart, so this point hits home hard. I have always thought I was good at outsourcing. I never write content and I never build links. It takes too long, it is redundant, I don’t enjoy it and it is not worth my time. If it takes me just a 1/2 hour to write an article, that is valuable time lost out of my schedule when I could hire someone to do it for me for $5 and get decent content. Read more... Before my blog was hacked and my site destroyed, I had recipes on here. I love to cook, but thought, will any affiliate marketer get any type of use out of it. So, when I uploaded a lot of my older content, I didn’t add my recipes that I had then. But then I thought, affiliate marketers need to eat good meals too, since they are chained to a computer for so many hours a day. So, here is my first recipe of several more to come. All of these recipes are my own, so I appreciate any feedback. And yes, I love to cook, especially on the grill, and do all the cooking in my house! Read more...
